Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

  

SHIPPING POLICY

Our current "guaranteed" processing times are 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. Most all orders will process and ship within 1-3 business days, however, to manage expectations we do not guarantee processing sooner than 3-7 business days.

Packages will be shipped using USPS. 

Please Note:

*BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

*ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

*WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY 

*FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to J~A's Body Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. J~A's Body Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

J~A's Body Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, J~A's Body Essentials will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Thank you for your purchase with us at jasbodyessentials.com.  If you have any issue with your order, we are not able accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of our Products. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.  This request has to be made before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.


Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us jasbodyessentials@gmail.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
