J~A's Body Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, J~A's Body Essentials will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase with us at jasbodyessentials.com. If you have any issue with your order, we are not able accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of our Products. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. This request has to be made before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us jasbodyessentials@gmail.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
